Adult Fellowship Bible Study:

We are starting up another  6-week study on Sunday, March 7, and we want you to join us!  We will be using the study guide "Faithfulness" (another fruit of the Holy Spirit) by Calvin Miller. We will meet March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 11 and 18 (Sundays) from 6:30 to 8:00 (please note the new time!). Each day we read a short Bible passage, a page in the guide, and answer two thought provoking questions on our own. We meet once a week to discuss the questions and have some fellowship time (ie, food!). If you're interested, please contact Kristi Aberle at 225-2939 for more information.

Women's Morning Bible Study:

We encourage you to watch the movie before March 14. There are two Fireproof movies in Barbara Schmidt’s mail box in the front office that you may borrow. Please return the movie promptly after viewing so that everyone will have a chance to see it.

The class will integrate key scriptures, video clips of movie scenes for discussions, and individual and couple’s devotions. Dares will be offered for some fun work at home with your loved one.

Sunday School News~

On February 7th, Sunday school children, grades 4th – 12th, were treated to a fabulous talk about Haiti.  This really brought home all the devastation that is going on and reminded them of ways they can help.  Thank you to Tom and Amy Patrick for leading that and opening it up to all.

As we approach Easter, we have many special happenings for the Sunday school children to help them learn what the season is really about.  March 7th, the puppets will be teaching the children about being a cactus while serving God…that even when things are tough, we need to be strong and dig into our deep roots and continue to serve and praise.

Finally, on Palm Sunday, the entire children’s Sunday school will watch a movie on the Easter story.
